Shipping Timeline
At Blissful Moon Co., we aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days. Please note that during holidays and busy periods, this timeline may be extended. If you have any questions regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email at blissfulmoonco@gmail.com.
Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping! If you are a new customer and cannot find your country at checkout, please email us, and we will be happy to add it for you. We are also working on adding more affordable shipping options to our website for our international customers.
To get the most affordable shipping, use the Openbox code at checkout and request a custom shipping quote from us directly.
UK Shipping
For our UK customers, we offer free shipping on orders over £150. Our parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, and you can choose from the following options at checkout:
- Tracked 24 for £6
- Tracked 48 for £5
You can also request your parcel to be shipped via courier & a custom quote will be provided for you.
Worldwide Shipping Options
Our international shipping prices start from just £9. We are actively working to populate our website with even more shipping options tailored to your needs. Don’t forget to use the ‘Openbox’ code to request a personal shipping quote for the most affordable rates available.
For international orders, we ship via Royal Mail or courier, depending on your order value, size, or your preference. Please reach out to us if you have a specific preference or would like to receive a shipping quote.
Order Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking code. Please ensure you check your junk folder in case the email doesn’t appear in your inbox. If you experience any issues, feel free to reach out to us via email.
Open Boxes
We allow customers to keep boxes open with us in order to add to their box and save on shipping costs. We will hold the boxes for up to six months if the box is added to on at least a bimonthly basis or until the value of the box reaches £500, whichever happens first.
Customers with an open box who have not added to their box within 60 days will be asked to have their box shipped. Please note that boxes will not be shipped until the shipping cost is paid by the customer, and the address provided in the most recent order will be the address it’s shipped to.

Customs & duty charges on orders
Customs charges may be applied to international orders. This is not something within our control & is charged to you by your government for importing items. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs or vat fees incurred upon delivery.
If you refuse to pay your customs bill & your parcel is returned to us, you will be offered store credit to the value of your order minus the return postage cost, the original postage cost & the cost of the customs payment in the event we have had to pay it to facilitate the return.
Damaged & lost goods
In the event that an item arrives damaged it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipping company to request compensation. We will endeavour to support you through this process in any way we can.
In the event your order is lost in transit, we will endeavour to support you with any information needed to claim the full insured value back from the courier.
Blissful Moon Co. is not liable for parcels once they have been shipped.
Customers are responsible for issues with parcels that have been delivered to a safe space or neighbour.
