Returns Policy for Blissful Moon Co.

Thank you for shopping with us at Blissful Moon Co. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding returns. By purchasing from our online store you agree to adhere to our policies.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To initiate a return, please email us at blissfulmoonco@gmail.com and include your order number in your request.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition and sent via a tracked and insured service to cover the value of the item being returned.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in a resellable condition, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. You will be refunded the value of the returned item, but please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please check your junk folder if you do not see an email, and reach out to us with any questions.


Please note that returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted if the request is made outside of the 14-day timeframe.


Issue with Your Order

If you have an issue with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to contact us and request a resolution. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Possible outcomes may include a partial refund, replacement, full refund or store credit depending on the specifics of the issue.

Please be aware that customers contacting us outside of the 30-day period will not be entitled to request a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.


Open Boxes

At Blissful Moon Co., we offer an "Open Box" option that allows you to keep your orders with us for a longer period. This option is perfect for those who wish to combine multiple orders and save on shipping costs.

Please note that in this instance, both the 30-day returns period and the 14-day change of mind period will start from the point the order is placed, rather than when the order is received. If you choose to have your box held, please ensure you reach out within 30 days of placing your order to initiate any return requests.


Personal Payment Plan Returns or Cancellations

We offer personal payment plans at our discretion to provide flexibility for customers wishing to split their purchases into more affordable payments. However, please be aware that if you return an order purchased on a payment plan, you will be entitled to store credit only.

In the event of late/missed payment or cancellation of your payment plan after an initial 14 day period, we reserve the right to cancel your order & repost the item/items for sale. 20% of the total order value is considered a non refundable deposit & will not be returned. By entering into a payment plan, you understand, acknowledge & agree to these terms. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit you from purchasing from Blissful Moon Co. in the future.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
